Quantity and quality

Quantity over quality?
Ntern gives you both.

Automation usually sends the same text to everyone. Applying to many companies raises your chances, but writing each email properly is what gets replies — until now you had to choose.

Quantity

Your whole list, prepared while you do something else

  • Import hundreds of companies from a CSV or Excel file — every bad row explained.
  • Research and drafting run in the background, several companies at a time.
  • Send a whole selection in one click, paced and capped for you.
Quality

Every email written for one company, and only that one

  • Each company's website is read and quoted word for word — no generic praise.
  • Its work is matched to the experience on your CV; every number and name is checked.
  • The wording follows styles built on studies of millions of real emails.
AI that helps, not replaces

Ntern does the groundwork. You make every call.

Research, matching and first drafts are done for you. Reading, editing, choosing and sending stay in your hands — nothing leaves without you.

The Ntern list of 21,000+ companies is ready from day one — add your own CSV or Excel file if you like. Ntern reads each company's website, finds what matches your CV and your field — and writes in the company's own language.

What the data says
Out of the spam folder

Many emails, none of them looking like a mass mailing.

Spam filters punish identical blasts from unknown servers. Ntern sends the opposite: one personal, plain-text email at a time, from the mailbox you already use.

Start sending the right way
  • Your own addressSent from your Gmail, Outlook or school account — never from a shared server.
  • Every email is differentEach one is written for its company, so no two look alike.
  • Human paceRandom gaps between sends and a daily limit you control.
  • Plain and cleanNo tracking pixels, no link shorteners, no HTML tricks.
  • No two students alikeEveryone gets the shared list in an order of their own, so companies never receive a wave of applications at once.
  • Bounces caughtDead addresses are detected, and removed for every student once confirmed.
Grounded in your CV

Recruiters notice invented claims. There are none.

When your profile is drafted, every number and every name is compared with your CV. Anything that doesn't match is flagged until you fix it or confirm it — and each email is checked again before it's marked ready.

Security

Your account is yours alone

Ntern was built for many students at once. Each account is sealed off from every other one.

  • Separate workspacesYour companies, drafts and CV are never visible to another user.
  • Encrypted secretsAI keys and mail tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown again.
  • Hashed passwordsStored with Argon2id — nobody, including the administrator, can read them.
  • Your key, your mailboxYou bring your own AI key and send from your own address.
FAQ

Questions, answered

Does Ntern send emails on its own?

No. It prepares drafts. You read them, edit them if you want, and choose which ones to send.

Isn't automation bad for quality?

Usually, yes — the same text is sent to everyone. Ntern researches each company separately, matches it to your CV and checks every claim, so a long list still gets personal emails.

Can I use my own cover letter?

Yes. Keep your own wording and Ntern fills in only what is specific to each company. You can also pick one of the 7 styles, or switch a single email to another style at any time.

Will my emails end up in spam?

Ntern does what keeps you out of it: it sends from your own mailbox, one plain-text email at a time, with random gaps and a daily limit, and every email is different. It also flags addresses that bounce.

Which languages are supported?

English and French. Ntern picks the language from each company's website automatically, and you can switch any single email with the EN / FR button.

What do I need to start?

Your CV and an AI key — several providers offer a free tier that is enough to begin. The Ntern list of 21,000+ companies is ready for you; adding your own list is optional.

Is it only for IT students?

No. Ntern reads your degree and CV and works for software, data, cybersecurity, telecom, electrical, embedded and IoT, automation, mechanical, industrial, civil, energy, chemical and biomedical engineering, and business. If your profile covers several fields, each one counts.

Does it cost anything?

Your account starts with 50 free emails to prepare. A company that doesn't match your CV costs nothing, rewriting an email in another style is free, and sending never uses an email from your plan.

How do I create an account?

Click “Continue with Google”. Your account is created, you are signed in, and your Gmail is connected for sending — all in one step. You can also sign up with an email and a password. A short guided setup then walks you through your CV, the places you target, your AI key, your email style and your mailbox.

Can other people see my data?

No. Every account has its own workspace, keys and mailbox connection.
